Frequently Asked Questions

About Travel Magic

 Q. Everything sounds great! What do you charge for your services?

 A. Our service is free! We are paid by Disney (or other suppliers) no matter where you stay or what you do! The only exception is if you need us to do your airline tickets. We charge a small, one time service fee for this. However, you are always welcome to do your airline tickets on your own.

About Walt Disney World

Q. Can you explain the dining plan option and tell me what restaurants participate in the Disney Dining Plan?

A. From savory snacks and quick meals, to Disney Signature restaurants and Character Dining, experience the freedom of choosing from over 100 select restaurants throughout Walt Disney World® Resort to fit your family's ever-changing tastes during your vacation. Best of all, enjoy the convenience and piece of mind in knowing that most of your meals are paid for in advance!

There are two dining options to select from – Dining or Deluxe Dining.

The Dining plan provides 1 table service credit, 1 counter service meal and one snack per person, per night. Click here for a detailed explanation on the Dining Plan –

Deluxe dining includes 3 meal credits (which can be used for table service or counter service meals) and 2 snacks per night, per person. Each person will also receive a refillable mug, which can be used for unlimited refills of your favorite beverages at your home resort.
Click here for a detailed explanation on the Deluxe Dining Plan –

A table service meal is one where there are waiters/waitresses. A counter service meal is cafeteria style, where you order and carry your own food.

Here's how it works:
1. When booking your vacation, purchase either of the dining plans.
2. While vacationing at Walt Disney World® Resort, visit one of the over 100 select restaurants available on the Disney Dining plan.
3. Present your Key to the World card, which electronically includes your family's allocated meals, to your server prior to ordering and then...bon appetit!
4. Track your meals with the easy-to-read receipt your server will provide. Enjoy the flexibility of redeeming your meals in any order or in any amount throughout your package stay until your total is "devoured." You can even indulge in Disney Signature Dining and Dinner Show experiences in exchange for two Table Service meals per person!

About Disney Cruise Line

Q. I am a US Citizen. Do I need a passport for my cruise?

 A. We recommend that all US Citizens travel with a valid passport (including children). Recently, the US Government passed legislation that extended the deadline for travelers entering the US via a sea port to obtain a passport. However, the deadline for entering the US via air travel remains January 8, 2007. In the unlikely event of a family emergency, having a passport will provide you with the appropriate documentation for all circumstances. Please let us know if you have questions.
